I purchased this maker 5 months ago. It works great! I like the flexibility and use it every day; sometimes multiple times a day! One star away from excellent. The one flaw that I thought I may overcome is a leaky coffee pot. It leaks around the rim by the pour spout where plastic meets the glass. I am going to try a new pot and keep this as a backup. (Maybe you can send me a new one?)
I do not recommend this product to anyone. Avoid at all cost. Endless frustration will consume your lives if you don't heed this warning. My wife and I received this as a Christmas gift from our kids. Loved it at first. But, we are plagued by the major design flaw in the carafe just like many others are experiencing. It just leaks....every time we pour from the carafe. Come on Keurig...you are a coffee company. Your customers expect a flawless experience. This product should be pulled from the market until a suitable solution is available. Do not purchase this product!

This does all Keurig claims it will do. It actually replaces an older unit, so I was pleased with it's performance.

it makes the weakest carafe coffee I've ever made, they said they would send a replacement, but dealing with that deparment turned in to so much of a hassle that I asked for a refund. I am done with Keurig Co, It makes great K-cup coffee, they should have stayed with that only.

I bought this within the last month. Every time we pour coffee out of the carafe it leaks coffee out. So you have to clean up the counter every time! I had an older model and never had that problem.

I got this coffee maker as a Christmas gift. It’s very pretty and I like that the K cups can be made out of the same coffee pot. There is just one problem that just is not right. The Carafe to the coffee maker leaks. We have called numerous times and they keep sending us a new Carafe (3 times). Same issue. Gets all over your counter. Finally replaced the whole coffee pot thinking it’s that lot number. Still is doing it. Customer service has been very nice but I am very frustrated. Not sure what to do.

I’m enjoying the this Duo, the first one was defective and only lasted 2 weeks so here’s hoping this one is better. It seems to brew hotter (which I really like) than my Keurig Supreme which I’ve now taken to work. I look forward to having the option of using the carafe when we have gatherings.

I have now had my duo special edition for a month and I can say my coffee is excellent both in single serve and brewing a pot. I generally brew 10 cups at a time. For some reason the grounds in the cup when the water is going through will overflow the coffee grounds into the coffee pot. It’s supposed to brew up to 12 cups. I’m going to try and brew 8 cups to see if that will stop spilling grounds into the coffee pot

The coffee tastes of plastic no matter how many times I flush it out. Returning/exchanging is a ridiculously hard process. I’ll never buy from this company again.
