I purchased this maker 5 months ago. It works great! I like the flexibility and use it every day; sometimes multiple times a day! One star away from excellent. The one flaw that I thought I may overcome is a leaky coffee pot. It leaks around the rim by the pour spout where plastic meets the glass. I am going to try a new pot and keep this as a backup. (Maybe you can send me a new one?)
I do not recommend this product to anyone. Avoid at all cost. Endless frustration will consume your lives if you don't heed this warning. My wife and I received this as a Christmas gift from our kids. Loved it at first. But, we are plagued by the major design flaw in the carafe just like many others are experiencing. It just leaks....every time we pour from the carafe. Come on Keurig...you are a coffee company. Your customers expect a flawless experience. This product should be pulled from the market until a suitable solution is available. Do not purchase this product!

K-Duo is perfect; all have to do is set time to wakeup to a sweet smelling aroma in the morning to get me started on my day. I love it.

But I am on my 3 coffee pot. That are faulty and leak. I’m so frustrated every pot they sent me leaks. Seems like others are complaining of the same thing. Wish they would correct the faulty coffee pot

I can’t figure out how to make the machine stay on for a couple of hours, then go off automatically like my other Keurig brewer. When I push the Automatic button, it always makes me reset the clock! I’m pretty frustrated with that. That’s why I only gave 4 stars.

Overall it is a nice brewer. It is nice to be able to make a cup, travel mug, or carafe. My favorite travel mug fits without removing the drip tray, which is a convenience. Warm up and brew times are quick, and even quicker for the carafe than I figured it would be. Not a fan of the flat clock, as I can't see it and it is a waste; They could have mounted it on the front where people would see it. The strong brew button is a good feature. I wish it would have come with a few coffee filters so I could have made a pot before needing to go to the store to get filters. The one downfall on this brewer compared to others I've had is that the water temperature is not able to be customized.
