It is a huge improvement from Keurig’s other cheap mini model. This is sleek and slim and I am very happy with it. We are RVers, so I ditched our bigger Keurig due to its size and am thrilled with this smaller model. Also, the pod storage is nice.
I really wanted this “k”to work however after 4 days I returned it..here’s why; Warm up takes way to long. Also waiting for the machine to warm ip for the next cup is also way to long. Very loud and makes weak coffee(yes even if you use the strong feature).

I received my first Keurig coffee maker that used pods nine years ago. It worked just fine for 8 years. When it started not working right, I bought this Jeyrig model in grey. It lasted a few months and stopped. I bought another one. It’s been about 6 months and it’s already acting up, The quality is just not there anymore.

This single serve is the perfect size for your office or small kitchen. I love that the water does not sit in the unit. I took one star off because it splatters all over the counter when the coffee is coming down into your cup. UGH!!! Even knowing that, I bought another one for home.

It is a space saver, it makes coffee. It’s very noisy. I should have paid more attention to just how small the water reservoir is. I have to make coffee twice to get a full 12/14 ounce cup

If you don’t take the empty K-cup out when it’s done it will leak on top of the storage container or if that’s not there then it will drip into the tray Sometimes it wil drip whether the K-cup is there or not

This is probably my 6th Keurig and we love this little guy. This single brew system is compact and easy to use, as are all Keurigs. We keep this one in our travel trailer. This is a replacement for the one we had..for some reason the old one decided to call it quits without much use. So I called Keurig and despite being past the warranty they sent us a whole new coffee maker. This is the 2nd time they have completely replaced a system for us. Although having issues is frustrating Keurig is excellent when it comes to customer support.

I bought my first one in July 2022. Used iFIT for 2 months and then it started leaking at the base. Stopped using it for 2 days and tried again and it would never get to the point to heat and dispense the water. I went back to using my original Keurig classic machine which worked just fine. I called in for a warranty replacement 3 months later for my K mini. Received the replacement and was given another K-Mini, even though I was told to choose from 2 other models after expressing my concern that I didn’t want to have to call again after. After using the replacement K-Mini for only 3 weeks, this one has also started leaking in the same manner at the base. What should I do now? I know original warranty after purchasing first unit expires in July. So is it actually possible that I can get another replacement, but a different model as the customer rep that took my replacement order originally promised???
