My automatic espresso machine died and I decided to try the Keurig. I wanted one that didn't require a certain pod so when I found this K-Select I was ready to try it. It is amazing! We are unfortunately drinking a lot more coffee since it arrived. The various size brews are nice, i can fill whichever cup I choose to use. The strong button is perfect in the morning for that first blast to wake up. It is very simple to operate and I like to be able to just turn it on, drop in the pod and push the button for the size i want and go away while it heats up and brews. We have several kinds of coffee and one box of swiss miss hot chocolate that has become the nighttime ritual, very tasty!! Waiting to see how the descaling goes but its all good so far.

I bought this model specifically for the "strong brew" option button. The first thing you notice while unpacking it is that almost all of the parts are made of cheap, flimsy plastic.The original Keurig machines were made out of solid metal and quality material . I used the "strong brew" button for my first cup of coffee from this machine and the results were: 1. The amount of coffee coming out was far less than the size that I chose. 2. The coffee was not hot and barely warm. 3. The coffee was very weak tasting - even though I chose the "strong brew" option. After trying different coffee sizes over 3 days and getting the same results, I repacked it and returned it for a refund. If Keurig is going to regain its reputation, they need to go back to making the quality machines they used to make when they first began - like the Platinum B70.

Love the coffee maker however even the largest cup setting does not issue a full mug of coffee. My mugs are not over sized and thus the disappointment. I have had to use the maximum cup plus the smallest to get a full mug ☹️

Compared to my Keurig I replaced, it’s very cheap looking. I wasn’t expecting it to be all plastic. It seems to function fine, some features are different but I’m adapting. I also wish the water reservoir was larger.

As other reviewers have said, this Keurig was good at first and after a couple of months it started brewing about a quarter of a cup and then it would stop. This problem kept repeating and it also would "blow up" which is the best way to describe it. We would open the lid and an abnormal amount of pressure would release. All this despite keeping the unit clean and descaled, and replacing the filter. Now it's too late to return it. We will not purchase another Keurig. Disappointed!

I recently purchased this item. It is my 3rd Keurig and is definitely being returned. First, it is a piece of junk. My other 2 were heavy and sturdy. I can hold this in one hand. It is cheaply made plastic. The tank is 42 oz. I fill it up, brew 2 cups, the fill tank button blinks even though it is still half full. I cannot run it until I fill it AGAIN. Not up the 5 stars that Keurig should strive for. I will be returning this tonight and hope that I can recieve a refund. I will be purchasing from a store that I can look at it before buying, not online.
