Bought my keurig on January 2022 , had an issue with display, call customer service and exchange my keurig for a new one shipped home . Very short timeframe Very happy
Bought our new Keurig K-Supreme Plus machine yesterday. My coworker this morning went to make her usual cup of coffee and when she pulled her cup out, all grains were in the cup. When we opened the machine the grains had gone everywhere. We had to clean it up thoroughly and are now very hesitant in trying to use it again. I was able to make a cup of hot chocolate without any issue but that is a powder so I didn't expect any issue. The machine that we are coming from was a K-cup 40/50. I noticed that the top of the old Keurig only had piercer and rubber circle area. The new supreme also one piercer up top but 4 other rubber circle area with their own piercers as well. I am thinking that the numerous holes that were punctured through somehow were the issue. I was under the assumption that any K-pods would work in this device. Is this not the case? Please assist because I'm not sure if we should keep the machine or return it and look for another K-cup 40/50. I do not want my coworker to keep having to clean up messes especially when it is destroying her cups of coffee.

I bought the first one in April 2022. It worked for 4 months. Custome service replaced it. It worked for 2 days, and now it's as broken as the first. I called Customer Service and they will send me a replacement. But after having 2 of these pieces of junk, why would I want a 3rd??? I am fed up with Keurig. The original machines woked well. I had 2 over 15 years. But 2 in less than a year is a crime. And there is nothing to do with them except throw them into a landfill. What crime. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!!!!
I had the best experience with the Customer Service with Keurig. They fixed the issue I had with my Keurig, and sent a full replacement. I was very impressed with the prompt response of correcting the issue.

I love the taste of the coffee but I find the stream so slow to fill my cup. I am constantly waiting for it to finish.

I have owned my K-Supreme Plus coffee maker for over a year now. It allows me to make a stronger and hotter coffee while me wife can make a little milder tasting coffee. Best of all, we can make a fresh cup in a minute or so.

I have owned a Keurig coffee maker since they first came out. When my trusty Keurig started failing after 11 years I went to buy a replacement thinking I'll just buy the same thing again, but I was attracted by the design of the K-Supreme Plus. I had no idea that not only does it look better, but it also makes an even better cup of coffee - the new head with 4 water ports really does improve the taste and flavor of my morning brew. It also heats up much more quickly. I am delighted with this coffee maker. Thank you!

This is my third replacement due to stop working issues. Love the coffee it makes and ability to adjust strength. This machine occasionally makes 10 oz when 8 oz is selected. Hope this one holds up for the long haul.
