Bought my keurig on January 2022 , had an issue with display, call customer service and exchange my keurig for a new one shipped home . Very short timeframe Very happy
Bought our new Keurig K-Supreme Plus machine yesterday. My coworker this morning went to make her usual cup of coffee and when she pulled her cup out, all grains were in the cup. When we opened the machine the grains had gone everywhere. We had to clean it up thoroughly and are now very hesitant in trying to use it again. I was able to make a cup of hot chocolate without any issue but that is a powder so I didn't expect any issue. The machine that we are coming from was a K-cup 40/50. I noticed that the top of the old Keurig only had piercer and rubber circle area. The new supreme also one piercer up top but 4 other rubber circle area with their own piercers as well. I am thinking that the numerous holes that were punctured through somehow were the issue. I was under the assumption that any K-pods would work in this device. Is this not the case? Please assist because I'm not sure if we should keep the machine or return it and look for another K-cup 40/50. I do not want my coworker to keep having to clean up messes especially when it is destroying her cups of coffee.

While I was satisfied with the K-Mini, I was intrigued by the multi-stream process and decided to give it a try. Noticeable difference in the coffee. A 12-oz coffee in the K-Supreme Plus tastes as strong as a 10-oz coffee in the K-Mini. I used to prime my mug with hot water with the K-Mini, but I don't have to do that now that I have temperature control with the K-Supreme Plus. The reservoir is easy to handle (with the handle) and the stainless steel front looks sharp.

After a year the machine broke down while doing a self-cleaning. But the Keurig staff member was very helpful in replacing the unit free of charge. We are enjoying our cups of coffee so far.

Coffee maker was fine except before one year the descale light came on and would not go off even after two descalings and had to unplug to get it to work.
