I have been using Keurigs for quite awhile now and have to say this is a great model. The black stainless color is great and blends well with your appliances if they are black stainless ( I got one to match my decor and it goes well). Also the brew settings are customizable and pour a good cup of whatever you chose to drink. Interestingly you can also connect it to a smart app as well as alexa/google hole and use voice commands or brew by the app. You don't have to connect it to wifi/app/voice assistant but the features are pretty cool if you do. If you don't want the app features or the color is not to your liking look for the stainless steel version. It has pretty much all the same features minus the smart functions. Hope this helps!

First Keurig K Supreme died in a week. Keurig replaced it, but it only lasted 6 months. Keurig would not replace it. Spend your money on another brand.

Awesome upgrade from my keurig supreme! Love being able to brew my cup from bed, and that it asks you to confirm that you have placed a cup just incase you forgot!

Really glad I made the purchase. I am enjoying my coffee even more now, and I was able to connect to the internet and set up my keurig. Again, enjoying my coffee so much more.

A great coffee maker, the coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, never any grounds in the cup. Does exactly what it advertises

The water reserve and/or tank plug must have a glitch in it. It asks for water when water tank is full. Have to push the water plug several times to get it to work.

My Keurig stopped working and customer service sent me a new one within a week, very happy with their warranty and service.

My Keurig, passed away shortly after one year of when I bought the product. It's demise was I believe operator error and I explained my issue to customer service. After some pictures of the serial number and the machine, they sent me a new machine and I was caffeinated again. Thank you to Keurig for being an upstanding company and standing behind their product.

We have never tasted a better brew from a Keurig machine as this one. We have been using Keurig for over ten years and this one beats them all hands down.
