I have been using Keurigs for quite awhile now and have to say this is a great model. The black stainless color is great and blends well with your appliances if they are black stainless ( I got one to match my decor and it goes well). Also the brew settings are customizable and pour a good cup of whatever you chose to drink. Interestingly you can also connect it to a smart app as well as alexa/google hole and use voice commands or brew by the app. You don't have to connect it to wifi/app/voice assistant but the features are pretty cool if you do. If you don't want the app features or the color is not to your liking look for the stainless steel version. It has pretty much all the same features minus the smart functions. Hope this helps!

First Keurig K Supreme died in a week. Keurig replaced it, but it only lasted 6 months. Keurig would not replace it. Spend your money on another brand.

I like the features of these brewers when they work. However, this is my 3rd brewer in less than 2 years. I guess it is good they stop working properly before the warranty expires. This is a replacement for one that stopped reading the code on the pods that Keurig uses to track usage. That is a convenient feature but it has never tracked my usage properly. I also like being able to set up my coffee for the morning and turn it on from my phone when I wake up in the morning. I just wish these systems were more reliable.

My K Supreme Plus Smart stopped working 8 months in. I spoke with a Keurig representative over the phone. They walked me through the process. I had a new Keurig in hand in 4 days. Two thumbs up for standing by your warranty. Been a long time customer and plan to continue.

I purchased in November, stopped working in March. Keurig immediately replaced with a new unit. The new unit works fine, but absolutely will not connect to wi-fi, it’s the machine not my wi-fi, it connects then wants password it accepts password then returns to connect to Keurig wi-fi. This should be a seamless process, this machine can’t do it. The first machine connected easily. I won’t buy another Keurig, after 20 years of this being my only brand the last 5 years my machines have failed and I’ve replaced, I won’t do it again.

I love my keurig coffee maker~ I call it the favorite toy ~ I bought for myself. Perfect coffee~ no waste. It seems to be the perfect strength as well. I use cream but friends do not.

I absolutely love my new Keurig coffee maker. It’s an absolute work of art a beautiful machine sitting on my counter that I admire every morning when I walk by it I enjoy the ability to see what kind of pod I have in my machine and the ability to adjust the strength and temperature of my coffee, unfortunately now I’m drinking three or 4 cups in the morning. Which might be a little bit too much, but why attack and only live once

I was surprised how much I like this machine! It recognizes each cup and brews accordingly. Makes a good cup of coffee and seems solid. I have to push two buttons to make a cup. I wish it would remember from the last time, even tho I can save my favorite, it's still 2 buttons! Otherwise great!
