For those who don’t know this is the new version. Main difference from prior is that there are now 5 injectors into the pod instead of 1. It seems more flavorful but who knows. I wouldn’t upgrade for this, but my old one broke. The water reservoir is much bigger which is nice, and yet the form factor is smaller. There is an ice coffee override. Had about a month a many cups of coffee. So far so good.
I was excited to get this Keurig K-Supreme it has many settings, but, used it 3 times and it does not work, I tried going thru all the recommended process to see if it would power on and even called Keurig direct. My bad is I did not fill out the warranty card, so I am SOL. I would not recommend this product. FYI make sure you fill you warranty card out

I’ve had my Keurig since 06/2022. It’s 03/2023 and it just died. I had a few family members and friends who said they had recently purchased a newer keurig and it died super quickly. My husband and I had a great kcup maker for years and wanted something with a smaller footprint. Mistake. Those people who warned me? They were right. Buy something else. This is not worth the hassle.

I bought this product and didn’t like the temp of the coffee. I returned it within the specified timeframe. After three months I am still not able to get a refund!!
Fast, friendly, excellent service! My K-Supreme was replaced with no hassle what so ever!

This makes making a single cup of coffee easy, fast and you get a great cup of coffee. I like to use the refillable pods, so I can use my own particular blend of coffee.

After 2 weeks it broke! You put the capsules in and a drip cones out! I will be calling the company Monday to get a full refund! I had my old system forever. I guess the new products are terrible!
