For those who don’t know this is the new version. Main difference from prior is that there are now 5 injectors into the pod instead of 1. It seems more flavorful but who knows. I wouldn’t upgrade for this, but my old one broke. The water reservoir is much bigger which is nice, and yet the form factor is smaller. There is an ice coffee override. Had about a month a many cups of coffee. So far so good.
I was excited to get this Keurig K-Supreme it has many settings, but, used it 3 times and it does not work, I tried going thru all the recommended process to see if it would power on and even called Keurig direct. My bad is I did not fill out the warranty card, so I am SOL. I would not recommend this product. FYI make sure you fill you warranty card out

Not recommended.... Used for 1 cup per day and descaled regularly, Does not power on after 1 year and 3 months of use. Very disappointed!

I bought ths coffeemaker a year ago and after descaling 3 times the third time it would not turn on after. Tried everything would not work. Called kuerig tey were wonderful sending a new one and very helpful.. i worry when I descale it will be ok after. My first one I had five years. I take good care of my kuerig and other appliances.

My Keurig just kind of died one day and it was a month or two out of warranty. I emailed the company and they so graciously replaced my Keurig within a week. I am so appreciative of their wonderful and professional customer service and enjoy their product very much.

This was a second warranty replacement of ones that did not work right. The Keurig personnel were great during the whole warranty replacement process. Great customer service. I hope this one works because it makes a good cup of coffee fast.

Do not like this product. Purchased one month ago and it is constantly giving me the message to add water. I’ve followed the troubleshooting instructions and nothing works. I won’t be buying another Keurig since this is my 3rd one and they don’t last.

Got it for Christmas used it until Jan 12th without any issues. But then it just stopped working. It had no power, the top felt hot and there was a burning smell. Called Keurig for a replacement which maybe in the works. We like Keurig coffee makers, our old one still works and it is almost five years old.
