For those who don’t know this is the new version. Main difference from prior is that there are now 5 injectors into the pod instead of 1. It seems more flavorful but who knows. I wouldn’t upgrade for this, but my old one broke. The water reservoir is much bigger which is nice, and yet the form factor is smaller. There is an ice coffee override. Had about a month a many cups of coffee. So far so good.
I was excited to get this Keurig K-Supreme it has many settings, but, used it 3 times and it does not work, I tried going thru all the recommended process to see if it would power on and even called Keurig direct. My bad is I did not fill out the warranty card, so I am SOL. I would not recommend this product. FYI make sure you fill you warranty card out

We love how there is no mess and so easy to keep clean The customer service is also easy and wonderful

I haven't been happy with this coffee maker since I first bought, less than 18 months ago. Especially the reusable cup feature, it spits all over the place and no matter the coffee grind or k-cup, the coffee always comes out on the weaker side (even with Strong selected. Today, I descaled it and now it refuses to turn on. Have googled and tried all methods to restart, but nothing. My last Keurig didn't last much longer. Only one of the originals worked really well. Very disappointed!

I loved this machine because of its versatility. Unfortunately, it completely died last night, just about a year after purchase. I never had that happen on other Keurigs. Is this technology, is the amount of time I’ll get from this style Kerrig? I am greatly disappointed.

I got a warranty replacement the representative was kind and courteous and knowledgeable produce came within a few days and works like a Keurig works perfect!

This was a replacement for a defective unit. I would have bought this unit if I was shopping for a new one. The filtering through the 5 holes brews a great cup of coffee.

The one that had to be replaced stopped working. Dealing with the Customer service was a pleasant. My new coffee maker is working great

I love Keurig and I have had one for years so I was very upset when after having the last one for years it no longer worked. I know it sounds crazy but I was really upset and called the company right away. The associates were absolutely wonderful and even though the warranty had run out they made it possible for me to get the exact one that I wanted for half the price and it arrived in record time. Thank you Keurig!!
