Keurig® K-Supreme® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker with BrewID™ in Black

I descaled my brewer, however, I am unalble to turn off the Descale light

I like the model because it fits well in the small area.

Makes a great cup of coffee but it refuses to stay connected so smart functions are useless.

I am on my second K-Supreme Smart and both times it has completely shut down after descaling. EXTREMELY frustrating and ridiculous that a product this high tech would stop working during something the consumer recommended to do. Highly dissatisfied.

Worse pot ever had issues from go now it won't even work only had a few months the big k button don't work so have to throw out before that it would not brew wasted pod after pod water would just fill the pod then spill over the older models are much better only thing is they still have limited puncture points. So if they would just make the old style with more puncture points it would be a good pot

I love this machine and would have given it 5 stars , but both the technician and I had trouble connecting it to the internet. She was excellent and we finally did it after about 2 hours on the phone!

I love this unit, so easy to use. I like that I can program it from my phone. I do get way too many emails from it though, lol! It makes the best brew I have had from a Keurig machine, this is my fourth.

I just upgraded to the multi-stream unit and I love it. The smell and taste of my coffee seems elevated compared to the old unit. Bonus is the ability to change temp and strength of coffee.
