Bought these for use at my wedding. They are pretty and very sturdy. They are not reusable, but last long enough to be. I found a cup with one of these straws submerged in liquid more than 24 hours after the wedding and it was still standing sturdy in the cup.
I use them to make different chocolate covered items ( as holders instead of white candy sticks ) and when I came across these I knew I could use them because they are paper and the price is very reasonable. They really are quite lovely! I will actually continue to use them as long as the products stay the same ( or improve in a way I can still use them ) and the price is right. I wish I could purchase the gold and silver ones in bulk as it would save me time and hopefully money. I just recently found these on BBB and I purchased 8 packages so far. I would love it if they were in store, ( unsure but doubtful ) because I am from the Brick and Mortar world. Keep the stores open! Please contact me if Kikkerland decides to sell in bulk. These are true gold in color! They don’t unwrap in liquid as fast as other paper straws. I like them!
