I bought this back in July and it broke in January. I used it once every 1-2 weeks. The first time I charged it, it wouldn't turn back on for a few tries and finally started working again. Its battery life didn't last very long and it would often start sputtering when I was trimming my beard. After the last time I charged it, it won't turn on at all. Unfortunately there's no way to get in touch with anyone about the product not working so now I will have to buy a new beard trimmer. If it works its a great trimmer but it never worked correctly for me after the first shave.

Possibly one of the worst beard trimmers I have ever purchased. I used to have a Philips Norelco, which worked great until it died earlier this month. I purchased this product based on online reviews. Super disappointed though. It barely trims beard hairs. For example, I used to use a 5mm attachment on my Norelco to keep my beard hair trimmed and even. On the King C trimmer, it doesn’t matter what setting I put it on-barely any beard hairs are trimmed and I have all these crazy uneven beard hairs. Braun is an unholy hell to deal with on the customer service line. My strong recommendation is to not buy this product.
I have purchased two Braun beard trimmers this week. The 2nd i purchased was the King C Gillette. I did not know i was buying another Braun. Both of the trimmers purchased do not charge. Just worthless plastic. Gillette needs to stop offing Braun product. It is making you look bad.

I used it once and really there isn’t 1 thing i like about it. It’s very rough on my face and pulls and doesn’t trim ver well either. Gillette doesnt make it easy to return either.
