I always purchased the cheapest model, but cleaning them was difficult. This one with the removable bowl is super easy to clean. it is well made and does a great job. Love the large bowl so coffee doesn't spill out.
I was excited about the removable grinding bowl and the color, but my grinder sprays grounds all over the place.,,on my hand, on the counter, in the mechanism under the bowl. It's a mess! I don't understand why no one else is mentioning this problem. Maybe mine is just defective, but I'm taking it back to get another basic Krups.

My favorite part is that the cup that grinds the beans comes out of the electrical appliance part. It makes it so much easier to clean and handle!
