This knife is sharp with a narrow blade edge
It was delivered to me with a chip on the blade. It’s a great knife but is very delicate. Watch what you cut with it
Nice and sharp, super lightweight
I had Kyocera knife for 5 years and sent to sharp one time. Great for chopping veggies until I recently broke it while I used to cut squash. I got a new one for myself again. This time I will be more careful and hoping it will last longer.
I bought this knife about a month ago. Cut my finger badly just trying to remove it from the packaging. Recently I cut into semi-frozen chicken and twisted the blade when it became wedged in there and the knife chipped. I was able to find the chips in the meat. Now it's pretty much useless. Lots of money -- zero durability.
