I love this peeler, because it is SHARP and can be used for a right or left handed person. I also love that you can turn the peeler head at different angles to make it easier on your wrist when peeling vegetables.
I bought this to replace another brand whose blade finally dulled after many years of faithful use. I have only used it probably a dozen times. The black plastic that holds the blade cracked. Vegetable peels were getting stuck in the broken plastic and that was the end of that. I love the concept of the swivel, but the blade housing is not strong enough for sweet potatoes, apparently.

This peeler does it all, and very easily. I haven’t tried all the features yet, but it is very sharp and does the job.
Kyocera peeler worked beautifully for a little over 3 months before I realized it wasn't doing its job. Looking closer, noticed the blade was cracked! Ok, I'll just return it and get a replacement. Nope! No returns after 90 days. :'( Do not waste your money on this product!
I got this ten years ago as a wedding registry gift. Still sharp as ever, sturdy, and works just as good as it did day one. Cannot recommend enough!
This peeler works so well and is so comfortable to use! It’s a great addition to our kitchen gadgets!

Works well on long fruits and vegetables. Smaller peelers are better for apples. A good tool to have in the kitchen
