Lékué Omelette Cooker in Red

One side is the bottom--take note! Just mix up two eggs, milk, salt and pour in. You might have to tinker with the timing but really easy. Up to now my husband has only been able to make coffee, tea and toast but now he can make an omelette too! Easy clean.

I have never successfully made omelettes, despite purchasing specialized omelette pans for the stove top. I decided to try this after using the Lekue steamer. I was impressed with the quality of that product. I am now making omelettes all the time. I bought the second one so that I could prep two omelettes at the same time for my husband and myself. I have 1 of these cookers and I like it so much I ordered two more 1more for at home and one for the cottage.

My husband and I love omelettes, and the easiest way to make them for me was to boil a pan of water, put the eggs and other ingredients in a freezer bag, close it, mash everything up, and set it in the boiling water for about 15 minutes. Easy prep, easy cleanup, but took too long to boil water then boil the omelettes. With this I put the ingredients in, beat 2 eggs in a small bowl, and pour eggs over ingredients. After 3-3.5 minutes in the microwave, a nice omelette is ready. Quick and very easy cleanup!!!

i love this omelet maker. It's quick and so easy and the omelet come out delicious and looking professional.

I would rate this 4 stars. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Certainly it is faster and easier than the traditional method. A little taste is sacrificed, but not enough to warrant giving up the speed and ease of using this little "gizmo".
