I was having trouble with winter dryness around my nose and forehead, and a lot of really great moisturizers and exfoliaters (like Ponds, Alba, Olay, or Neutrogena's products) weren't even helping .... So, I bought this on a whim at the drugstore, it's cleared up my minor forehead acne and completely cleared up the dryness like nothing else I've tried. Doesn't dry out your skin like a typical alcohol/astringent-based toner, smells really great to me, and keeps my skin supple, dewy, & revitalized. You may still need to follow up with your established moisturizing routine if you have year-round dry skin, but for me and where I live (mid-East Coast), it's a winter issue that this product has cured and beyond. And it's only around $5! Great job, L'Oréal!
WHY do companies constantly insist on ruining perfectly good products??? I bought the new version thinking it was just an updated look but NO it's not the same product in any way!! The ingredients are different, the feel is different, the performance is different. How rude and misleading to loyal customers, they kept the same name and changed everything about it. So sick of companies constantly doing things like this.

It was recommended while shopping and I wish I checked online first. Worst toner ever. Skin felt absolutely dry and weirdly sticky. Consistency is a bit oily. Just don't buy.

I am also one of the many people who liked the old formula better. I found this product either the beginning of 2022 or late 2021 and was using it up until the new formula came out. I tried one with the new formula and I thought I had bought the wrong product, it was so different. The old one worked wonders on my sensitive skin, it was lightweight and gentle. This isn't the first time L'Oreal has discontinued one of my favorite products. I do believe it needed a packaging face lift but the formula was great. I'm bummed I have to find a new toner.

This is a new product to me. I love it. It removes leftover makeup and moisturizes my face at the same time. I actually love the smell. It reminds me of a much more expensive product. I will purchase again.

I've been using the former version of the Hydra Fresh toner for years and loved it! This new stuff feels thick and slightly oily, it has an awful old lady smell and seems to dry my skin. I gave it a chance for several months, and I still don't like this new formula. The old version was light, fresh, clean feeling, no strong odor and not viscous. Why did they mess with such a great product?

I agree with the other reviewers: Never ceases to be amazing how companies decide to muck about with a great product and ruin it. I used this toner for YEARS, my skin loved it. Rationed the last bottle, It wasn't too drying, didn't upset sensitive skin, lighly scented. The new formula is slick and smelly and doesn't work.
