My hair was so dry before I started using this shampoo and its matching conditioner about 9 months ago. It was so dry that it had split ends all over, all the way up to my scalp, and it was falling straight rather than in its natural waves. But when I started using this, my hair began to grow in stronger, shinier, wavier, and more beautiful. There was actually a horizontal line in my hair where my healthier hair grew in with this shampoo! I definitely recommend this to anyone with dry or damaged hair.
I have been a long-time user (years) of the sulfate free line, particularly the Nourish EverCreme. I have recommended it to people, and even my stylist has complimented me on the texture of my hair (I'm a natural blonde who likes to be bleached/ highlighted with long hair that used to be prone to breakage and split ends). About a month ago, I got the bottles with the new labels. I have to say, that after three washings I noticed a difference. I am extremely disappointed in how both the shampoo and conditioner are different now. The shampoo doesn't lather, clean, or condition the same, and the conditioner is definitely not as moisturizing. I am very disappointed and will now have to find a new brand/formulation. This stuff is definitely not as good as it used to be!!

LOVE this conditioner. No silicones and still makes my hair feel smooth and soft. Not too heavy and a little goes a long way. My favorite drugstore conditioner.

Love it!!!!! I have to shampoo daily…this conditioner is beyond wonderful. It leaves my hair soft and not brittle… even for my gray hair ( and I started going gray at 16yrs old) Will continue to stick with this one!

I have been using the EverCreme Sulfate -Free Shampoo and had amazing results with it. Unfortunately, I bought your new product with its new packaging and it made my scalp break out terribly. I don't know what you've changed about it but I won't be buying it anymore.

It worked really well with the first use, on my dry curly, thin, color treated hair... Lov that there’re no sulfates, they have ruined my hair. I was going to buy the shampoo but there is sodium chloride in it. What? Why? The label on shampoo says no sulfates... You really have to be vigilant when buying any shampoo and check ingredients... Salt In your hair is not good and the sodium chloride was among the first ingredients listed...

I color my hair and this shampoo works so well that I don't need conditioner most of the time. I do use the ever strong thickening conditioner tho because my hair is very fine. I love that also. My biggest complaint is that I have a terrible time finding it on the shelves.
