Directions To heat the pack place one pack flat inside of microwave for time indicated Suggested heating time for 1 3-in-1 Breast Therapy Pack: 700 Watt:16 sec 1000 Watt: 13 seconds 1250 Watts: 11 seconds Each pack should be heated separately After testing pack temperature you may add more time in 5 second increments as needed until desired temperature is reached Do not heat more than 25 seconds total See direction for further details
