I purchased this on a Wednesday for my trip on Thursday because it looked like it would serve my purpose for my weekend getaway. I set my code try it again before I packed it worked, once I finished packed I locked it use the same code and it didn't work so now I couldn't open my suitcase because the code didn't work. So once I reached my destination I had get their maintenance help open it.....very unsatisfied and now I'm stuck with a suitcase that can't lock

Initially the item was perfect for the purchased use. It was lightweight and fairly easy to maneuver even when full. There was a significant amount of space, and the wet bag was useful. However, after utilizing it three times it cracked all the way around one of the wheels rendering the wheel dysfunctional. Very disappointing when considering how limited the use of the item was. When inquiring about refunds and other options we were informed that any in-store purchases must be returned to their original location (no exceptions). This caused further frustration as we have moved and no longer live in the state, we made the purchase. Extremely disappointing for a national company to limit the solutions provided to its customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would - thought this suitcase was going to be awesome but the handle broke within 2 uses of the suitcase! At first it would get stuck and not fully extend all the way and then it ended up just snapping one side as soon as I got to the airport... very disappointed will be reaching out to Customer Service

The color is distinctive and the small pockets are nice to have. It has sturdy zippers and the tsa lock

Very nice and durable. Lightweight feel, but this can be used for a very long time. I love the inside (pocket space and charger). I also really like the color.

I bought this last month and made a trip from Dulles to Bangalore. By the time it reached BLR I noticed that the locking mechanism had come loose. I was upset but didn't have any tape or anything to reinforce it so just pushed it back and hoped it will survive the trip from BLR to Mangalore. When I collected it at Mangalore the lock was completely gone! Only a rectangular hole where the lock used to be. Very good looking bag but very flimsy lock that came off in its maiden trip. It was light weight too compared to other bags I looked at. But not durable. I have bags 15 years old that are still intact after a dozen or more such travels.
