It seems to be working good. I wouldn't say it is the best one out there. However, for the money it's not bad. I wish it was firmer and I also have contemplated getting a smaller one that would just support my belly and back. I love my regular pillows so just sleeping with this one supporting my head isn't cutting it. It is very large and takes up half of my king sized bed, so if you have a smaller bed, I would recommend a smaller pregnancy pillow. It is a little awkward to figure out how to lay in it at first.
I found this pillow was not thick enough. The stuffing in the pillow is not firm enough to provide support. Would not recommend for the price.

BEST PILLOW EVER!!!! I’m 6 months pregnant so sleeping at night started to become difficult, I was only getting 2hrs of sleep at time from all the tossing & turning trying to get comfortable, so I did my research on body pillows and I’m so happy I did. As soon as I picked up my pillow I came home and tried it out. Let’s just say this is the BEST sleep ever since my tummy growth. I also purchased a pillow cover and it was super easy to put on.
I bought this full body pillow to sleep on my side during my pregnancy and let me just say for the first 2 nights it worked nice then I noticed the sides of it the stuffing was separating and moving and then where my head would lay it became way too flat ! Now I have neck pain and it’s just not comfortable to sleep with at all ! Definitely not worth the money!

I'm in my second trimester and have had horrible back and hip pain ever since I got pregnant. This pillow has been such a lifesaver for me. It keeps me nestled in so I don't roll onto my back and helps keep my legs stacked so that I don't get hip pain. It is stuffed really well and very cozy. My only gripe is that I had to order the cover separate and it was pretty expensive, but the overall end product is worth it. Also the cover is SOOO hard to get on the pillow. In love with this pillow and highly recommend for anyone with aches while pregnant.
My daughter is amble to sleep better
Slept well last night for the first time in a week. The support in front and back kept me from rolling over onto my back through the night. Queen size bed and no complaints from husband. You don’t need any other pillows besides this one. Only used it for one night but so far so good.
