Leachco® Prop ‘R Shopper® Body Fit Shopping Cart Cover

The construction and quality of this item is superb. It worked perfectly in a shopping cart at my local grocery store. However, it does not work in the cart at target. For one thing, a target cart handle is too far away, so you can’t properly wrap this product around the handle. Another problem is that the safety strap holding your baby in cannot attach to the target cart because of the way the cart is constructed. Therefore, baby is not actually secured into the seat at all. This is not a problem if your baby is young enough that they can’t pull themselves up to a standing position. However, I will not be able to use this item in a large cart once my child is able to pull herself up out of her seat, because she is not actually strapped in! Anyway, it did work perfectly and easily on our local grocery store cart, which is a normal metal cart. And although it did not properly fit the larger cart at target, it still worked well enough that she was propped up and mostly protected from contact with the cart.

So I love how comfortable my little girl looks in this but it doesn’t quit for the target baskets... don’t they know everyone loves spend hours in target?! So it doesn’t fit the bigger carts.

This product had great reviews but I've yet to experience the reasons. I've tried using this cover in the big box stores and it doesn't fit any of the carts so far. Either the handles are too far away for the handle cover or the back is too tall on the cart or both. It's frustrating trying to get my little one in and out of the cart when I constantly have to readjust and pull the cover off her. I would say the R&D team needs to take a look at some of the new cart designs to see if the product design still aligns with it's description.

I can’t express how much I love this item. It has been hands down the BEST investment ever. My son hates his car seat and won’t be in it any longer than he needs to. Which makes shopping hard because he can’t sit up on his own yet..until this gem came along! He loves being able to look around and see everything and it props him up without the danger of him falling forward. It’s a must have.

I bought this for my 5 mo. old granddaughter who cannot sit up yet so it really helps keep her upright. I love that it covers the whole cart seat thus preventing germs!

I bought this a month ago because I like to take my 10 month old grandson to the store with me but always was afraid he’d get hurt sitting in the shopping cart. This is very nicely padded and he stays strapped in place. Also has nice features for storage and toys etc. I’m confident he’s comfy and safe .
