I bought this for my mother, She had a difficult time tearing the plastic wrap on the original package set up. Now it's a breeze.

I've only been using this for a few months and it is very convenient to have foil;towels & wax paper at your fingertips as needed. It was a bit confusing at first how to feed the foil into the cutter but it seems to work well. The towel holder is not as secure as I would like. You can't just grab a sheet and pull . It's better to hold the roll of towels to secure them as you tear off a sheet

The only my reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the instructions are not provided in English. And because of that it was difficult to get it to work. I was at one point in agreement with other people’s reviews and was about to return it. The bad reviews made me keep the shipping box and packaging just in case. It was a lot of trial and error to figure out how to use it because of the lack of instructions. One part was finding out I’m suppose to feed the foil in the large opening of the face plate not the thin opening guide where the blade slides. Trial and error number two- which address other people’s bad reviews. It does cut plastic wrap fine, but that HAS to be placed on the bottom dispenser. The top dispenser is for the foil. If you look at the blades for each glider they are different types of blades!!!!!!!! another thing is knowing where to press to cut. You want to apply pressure to where the actual blade is in the plastic casing. I circles

does good job ,easy use

It works! I was tired of using scissors with my old dispenser and this cuts so easily.
