I am overall 110% satisfied with this place setting and pattern. It's absolutely gorgeous, more beautiful than in the pictures. I also have several of the Spring Radiance pattern, which is equally beautiful. However, I think the Summer pattern is more dramatic. The plates are a great size. They're on the larger side, which is great for us because we use these plates for everyday meals. The mug handle is very comfortable, and you can brew a large size Keurig cup and still have room to add creamer. And the bowl is a perfect size cereal bowl. Yes, it is bone china, and classified as fine china, but it is very sturdy (not paper thin like my parent's Lenox pattern from the 80's). You can run it through the dishwasher, use it in the microwave (very handy for the bowl and cup). I'm someone who likes to have beautiful things in my everyday life, but also want to be prepared for a special occasion, and I'm so glad we went with this pattern. I'M SO IN LOVE!

I got this place setting off my registry. It couldn't be any more beautiful! The plates, bowl, and mug are all really nice sizes. The gold accents and watercolor-like designs really set it apart from all the other patterns, but what really makes it so perfect is that they are dishwasher AND microwave safe. I plan to use them both for formal and casual meals. I can't wait to get more place settings and serve a nice dinner with them!
