Finally- a REAL light pink colored dinnerware set! Not mauve or salmon colored like the other sets out there that claim to be pink lol! And these are so pretty & glossy too- not matte! I have heard that the gold trim has a coating on it to make it microwave-safe, but that it comes off VERY easily... which is why they do start sparking if u put them in the microwave (as some reviewers have stated.) I'm not planning on putting these extremely beautiful dishes in the microwave anyways, so this is not an issue for me. Oh, and the gold trim actually looks more like rose gold in person to me! The thin trim line is not too thick either- it is the perfect accent for these dishes! These dishes are not very thick, nor heavily-weighted; so I wouldn't recommend giving them to unsupervised children.

The one thing I wanted off of my bridal registry was this set and I’m so happy I received it. The picture doesn’t do it justice! It is so modern and elegant looking. I absolutely love it and definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd time ya'll have asked for a review on this specific dinnerware set. FOR THE THIRD TIME THIS SET SPARKS IN THE MICROWAVE. I thought these were the greatest looking dishes. I received a set at my bridal shower and a second set for Christmas, after I had a full set my husband and I ran them through the dishwasher and the very next day I warmed up some left overs in the microwave and the plate sparked and kept sparking. We returned them all that weekend.

Bought as a replacement for damaged piece

Very lovely and sophisticated bowl. The bowl is also well made and a quality product. Because of their simple design, they can be used with a lot of different table place settings. The price was also reasonable for such quality product.

This set is a bit pricey for only 12 pieces, but it is elegant looking. Be careful, I put the salad plate in the microwave and it sparked immediately. Although the description says it is microwave safe, it is NOT.
