Quality was nice; no cracks or considerable blemishes. For all the folks reviewing saying these are too big for a salad- I disagree maybe okay for a small snack; but for a salad I would want something at least twice this size.
These salad bowls are made of beautiful wood. They are a nice size for a generous salad. Very easy to clean.
The bowls are awesome but half of them were damaged. Still waiting for replaced items. I use the good bowls for my snacks and they're the perfect size.
Initially, I bought the large, Cherry wood Salad bowl and one small one. I wanted to find the smaller ones, so I could make a set. I FOUND THEM ! I love wood. It has a warm, homey feeling about it - that's why I was looking to complete my set.
Bought this to add to existing salad set. wish they were a bit smaller.
