Gave as a gift to 4 little girls in my life, with different personalization for each. Chef (name), then at bottom did “Queen of the Kitchen”, “pastry princess”, “Cookie Monster, and “Cooking with love”. Other ideas... “seasoned with love”, “secret ingredient = love”, “love served daily”.

This apron arrives in bright colors with Grandma's personalized encouragement s on it! Looks fresh and important for serious " learning to cook" children who want to have fun in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

So disappointed but I should have realized when the age range was stated as 5-12 the apron would be too large for my 5 year old granddaughter. I’m debating ...another review says it shrinks every time it’s washed ...perhaps that will help or should I just have it hemmed and cut the loop that goes around the neck to make it adjustable. I think I’ll opt for the latter but I’d like to get it done before Christmas so this isn’t a big disappointment...I mean a klunk... when the gift is opened. Yet if I measure it on her beforehand it won’t be a surprise even if I have her close her eyes! Note - .I’m 5’2” and this apron is long on me. It measures as indicated but it’s a lot bigger than one would think. I saw age 5 and thought it would be a nice fit...I didn’t think about the fact that the range is to age 12. Other than size, I’m pleased with the fabric and the personalization - overall quality is very good and it arrived in just a few days.
