We ordered one 13 oz set and a set of the 16 oz glasses. Both sets are slightly heavier glasses that feel good in the hand and feel sturdy. One of the glasses in this 16 oz set had a chip in the rim which must have happened while packing because the boxes had no dents and I didn't see the piece of chipped glass in the box. The 25-year guarantee sounds good until you read the fine print which tells you to pay to ship the defective glass to them so they can inspect the glass and decide if they will send you a replacement. I found the customer service number on the website (Phone: 215-672-7111 option 3) and called. Customer service answered the phone right away (no waiting on hold). The rep asked that I email them a picture of the defective glass and they would send me a replacement which seems a lot more reasonable than mailing the defective item to them. after talking with customer service I am optimistic.
I really like the glasses and was hoping they would live up to the 25 year dishwasher safe claims. Regrettably 3 of 8 glasses broke during dishwasher sanitize cycle. The dishwasher is a new GE, and does not break far cheaper glasses. The warranty will replace most breaks, but it is very inconvenient to mail in a broken glass.

These have been breaking very easily, I've broken two in less than 6 months of use due to very minimal jostling. I considered attempting to request replacements using the warranty, but if they are just going to break again in another 6 months, I'd rather buy a better product.
Bought these glasses because they are "highly durable" and resistant to breaking. The rims chip and the glasses easily break in the dishwasher. We bought 8 in September and only have 3-4 left. This is ridiculous.
These are nice glasses, however they break easily. I only have 1 left.
I bought a second set of these after one chipped. Before the second set arrived, another glass chipped in the dishwasher. When the second set arrived, one of the glasses was chipped before I pulled it out of the box. Maybe if you have a dishwasher tray made out of soft cotton, you'll be fine, but I'd recommend skipping these.
Guaranteed! I am so disappointed in these glasses. They are the perfect fit for my hand and look pretty. On the first trip through my high-end, gentle dishwasher we found the first chip on the rim of one. Within a week over half of them were either chipped or actually cracked. Even with special care since, they continue to degrade. I am back to searching. Ugh!
Compliments the Double Old Fashioned very well! After having kids for 16years it’s now time to have glasses for everyone. Great for any drink and there is room for ice. These are pretty, go in the dishwasher everyday, come out sparkling, and do not tip over on the table nor in the DW. I make sure that the glasses in the upper rack are not touching each other. I would buy them again. Whomever says they break... this has not happened to me - been 3 months. Will follow up in another 3 months as well.
