We ordered one 13 oz set and a set of the 16 oz glasses. This set had no issues. They are slightly heavier glasses that feel good in the hand and feel sturdy. The problem we had were with the 16oz glasses. one of the rims were chipped which must have happened while packing because the boxes had no dents and I didn't see the chipped glass in the box. The 25-year guarantee sounds good until you read the fine print which tells you to pay to ship the defective glass to them so they can inspect the glass and decide if they will send you a replacement. I found the customer service number on the website (Phone: 215-672-7111 option 3) and called. Customer service answered the phone right away (no waiting on hold). The rep asked that I email them a picture of the defective glass and they would send me a replacement which seems a lot more reasonable than mailing the defective item to them. after talking with customer service I am optimistic.
Opened the box and one of the glasses was chipped at the rim, sharp enough to cut my lip.

I love these old fashioned glasses. They're nice and heavy on the bottom. They're just the right size for orange juice in the morning or a drink in the evening. I'll definitely purchase another set.

Not sure what happened to this one, but it’s a little…melty? It’s still usable, but definitely not ideal. I’ll give this three stars for the three normal ones.
These are excellent old-fashioned glasses. Appreciated that these were high quality at a lower price than other sellers .
Glasses are awesome! They are heavy, in a good way. It feels great to hold them. Great price too! I bought other glasses from other sellers - paid a lot more and didn't like them near as much. I returned the other glasses. I love these!
I really like the glasses. They are heavier than the ones I have been using for years so will hopefully withstand the rigors of the ice dispenser and the dishwasher a little better. One glass out of eight arrived chipped and cracked. BB&B doesn't seem to understand that I see no point in returning it, or the entire box of four as their system suggests I do. Just send me another replacement.
These glasses hold exactly 13 ounces, so I guess that is close enough. Otherwise they very good, at an OK price. Some other reviewers complained about sharp edges on the bottom of the glasses. These folks must have been reviewing a different item. My glasses are perfectly smooth on the bottom.
We love a glass of rum to finish the week. These glasses are perfect for bigger ice cubes. Great quality and the stylish look make them even more desirable.
