We received two sets of these as a wedding gift less than a year ago. We love the look and design of them, as well as the weight. These are not cheap glasses. I did however have one just break in the dishwasher. Thought I followed all care instructions, but at least it was a clean break and there was only a single piece of broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher. I called BB&B and they said they would exchange it no problem. Still very happy with this product and even happier with the customer service!
These glasses are thick, heavy and sturdy. They are a nice simple design and hold a good quantity of liquid. I have had these glasses for over a month and they really do hold their clear finish even with multiple cleanings through the dishwasher (despite our VERY hard water). The only problem is that there were glasses that had defects in each box - bubbles in the glass, deep scratches, wavy and out of round glass. My local BBB store was great about replacing the defective glasses and ordered more through their website - we had to do that 3x in order to get 16 glasses that were free of defects though. I would give these glasses five stars if only there weren't so many defects. Bormioli might want to consider better Quality Control measures to ensure they put out a product that is free of defect.

I loved these cups. They look and feel so nice and I love the style. I got them in May 2022 and I am now down 2. They both shattered/cracked in the dishwasher. They were placed on the top rack too. Very odd. I love them but wouldn’t recommend them due to how fragile they are.
The shape of the glass is beautiful, but it is very heavy! I have a girlfriend with arthritic hands and I have to give her a different glass
Love my glasses! The weight, size and design of the glasses make drinking from them pleasurable.
I bought 16 glasses 3 years ago and am now down to 4. They chip easily and many break in the dishwasher. Not worth the money at all.
I really like these beverage glasses, especially the size. Will definitely order again.
These glasses are noticeably more clear and bright than your average glass. I love the weight and feel; definitely a fine dining restaurant feel. And lastly, the shape allows you to smell what you're drinking, like some specialty wine glasses, which enriches the flavor.
I paid a lot of money for 12 glasses. 6 broke in dishwasher in a mater of months…. Love the style but so fragile . I’m not sure if I bought the older ones and this hard to break glasses are new to the market . They also are a hard fit because of height in the dishwasher upper rack.
I personally have this line of glassware in my home and love it! Three sizes of beverage glasses and two sizes of wine glasses. They are very elegant looking and surprisingly tough - I have yet to break a single one and I'm a bit clumsy! After hundreds of trips through the dishwasher they still look like new. I decided to buy these 20 oz glasses as a Christmas gift for a family member because I've been so pleased with mine!
