I purchased three Luminara Candles plus the candle remote. The remote did not come with instructions. I had to spend a lot of time to figure it out. When I did, this is what I found out: Manually pick up each candle, turn it upside down, turn the switch to on. Use the remote to turn the candle off. Then turn it on using the remote. Do this for each candle.(only once). From then on, use the remote to turn on and off. Another negative is I can't take the back off the remote to change the battery. Even though it comes with a battery, when the need comes to change it, I will have to struggle. There is a diagram on the back of the remote, but I couldn't get it to budge. I hope the battery lasts a long time. Over all, I'm glad I purchased the remote with my candles.
No instructions come with this, and I wasted a lot of time switching out batteries and trying to make it work, almost returned it in frustration. The trick is to put candle switch in middle position (it will be ON), then push OFF button on remote. Then it works for all 3 candles at once that I have in my display.

I decorate all my windows with candles and some of them are just hard to handle with the timer function or not available, so this little remote is an amazing tool, actually planning in order a second one as backup in each story the house
Works great. So convenient.
Luminara is the most realistic looking candle and the remote is very handy to activate the candles without needing to pick them. Make great gifts!

With a push of a button you can turn off/on candles. Way better than picking candle up and flipping the switch
Luminara candles are the best. Beat in class candles and although expensive, they are realistic and worth the investment
