We have SO many windows in our new home that were all covered by blinds! It looked terrible but the width of frame was about 28 1/2 which is more custom so when we ordered these 27 I was hesitant but WOW what a difference!!! They look amazing! Do not hesitate to get these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stylish shade that will make your room look modern. It is so much better than those plastic blinds. There are no cords to get tangled and easier to clean. I am not used to being the handyman in my home, but just follow the clear directions and you can put this shade up on any window. I thought the directions and images were clear and easy to follow. And you can detach the top of the shade for easy access to the hardware by using the velcro fasteners and to give the top of the shade a shake to clean off dust. Although the entire shade cannot be removed. My shade is outside the window and they give you options to install inside the frame or outside. Once the shade is installed, you are ready to use, and it's so easy. The fabric reminds me of a heavy drape. The thickness is similar to that and I like the texture of the fabric. There are no cords or visible pulls of any kind. Just the beautiful fabric shade. To use, just find the plastic o ring behind the shade. Pull once and drag down to where you want the shade. To put up, just tug on the ring twice and it slowly goes up on its own and folds itself into the pleats. It's easy to clean by using a vacuum or by detaching the velcro from the top and giving a shake to release the dust. I would love this shade for all my windows and they come in different colors. I have raised and lowered this shade many times with no issues and don't ever see that I will have trouble in the future! This would be a great gift for anyone! It also does keep the sun from shining directly in my room if I decide to sleep in. I would highly recommend this shade. Pros: Beautiful, easy to install, easy to use, Cons: can't remove whole shade

It was still brightly colored in purple and hot pink, with hearts and swirls just like any young teen girl would love. Armed with paint and new curtains, we set about making it right, but it needed help in the form of shades to block out the light. He didn’t want to have curtains drawn all of the time, so we chose these Madison Park Como Printed Faux Silk Room Darkening Cordless Roman Shades. They are really nice looking, with the look of silk but not the price tag. They keep out the light really well because they have thermal coating on the backing to keep the light from penetrating them. And they’re easy to install right out of the box, which always makes me happy! They are easy to keep clean and can be adjusted to let the light in if you like. They come in several sizes and are fairly affordable. I love mine and I think my son likes them as well.

Has the thermal foam backing material for on those days that you want to take a nap in the dark. Material is a faux silk material, it is cordless and that's a big plus in my book! It keeps the sun out and darkens the room considerably. It easily pulls down and retracts with a second pull. It is very elegant looking and stylish, and made of a silky material. I absolutely love this shade and I would recommend it to anyone.

It can only be spot cleaned or dusted. The room darkening is helped by thermal backing on the underside. It is a nice casual look for any room in the home.

The blind was very easy to install and has helped provide a great amount of darkness in my room. I enjoy the cordless feature as well as my small child often sleeps in my room.
