very happy with this blanket. Bought 4. It a no-nonsense, reasonable cotton blanket. Tight weave that hasn't snagged ( I have cats).
I read many reviews and I am confused by the glowing comments. When they say "it's too good to be true", they are usually right. For me, this is not an exceptional cotton blanket. It is just average. It is very thin, which I wanted since I live in the desert. I used to live in Northern, CA and I would never consider this blanket all year round unless you have the heat way up. I have one 3 year cat, who is not a big scratcher, but snagged this blanket on the first day. By the time I washed it, the blanket top was covered with little snags. How, could I have believed it wouldn't snag? After, I washed it, most of the snags got absorbed, but it hardly looks like new and of course, my cat snaged it again. I have a tempurpedic mattress and after washing the blanket, it barely fits the mattress. If you like a blanket to tuck in on the sides and you have a thicker mattress, it will not be wide enough. I don't tuck in my sides, so it works for me. The length was just barely enough after one washing, so I hope it will not shrink up more. I rated it average, because some cotton blankets shrink and snag so much, that they are worth nothing after washing. This blanket does shrink a bit and does snag, but is not very expensive, so it will do. The next time, something sounds impossible, it is because it is. I'm old enough to know better, but why people fib on reviews is confusing to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After work I love to cozy up near the fire place with a good blanket and a cup of tea and watch tv. I was very impressed with the overall comfort level of this blanket. It is EXTREAMLY soft and also warm. My Son keeps stealing it from the living room and using it while okaying x box. Every day I go home I have to search for this blanket because whoever gets home first takes it. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I would highly recommend this blanket to anyone looking for a light blanket have on the bed or couch just in case you need a little warmth. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to upgrade the blanket I had in my master bedroom for awhile. I came across and noticed it was cotton very some sort of poly blend. After washing and drying it I put it on my bed. I have received multiple compliments on it. It also keeps me wam on chilly fall nights.
