I love this thing more than I loved my first wife. The machine is super easy to use. I've had it for a year and I'd adopt it if I could.
Bought it back in may as a Father’s Day present, used it once, the bottom of the blender broke. Being 8months pregnant at the time and busy with a 15month old, and working full time I couldn’t exchange it. Now I have a broken machine, with no success at finding a replacement pitcher. Very disappointed in the quality of the machine after one use. It was a gentle use by my fiancé. He made maybe four frozen drinks with the machine that day. After googling reviews apparently it’s a common issue with the pitcher too.

Awesome product but the cheap Plastic pitcher DOESN'T LAST LONG. The bottom of the base breaks after a few uses. They replaced the whole machine which I appreciated but same thing happened after 4 uses. So disappointing. My husband loved it right up until the pitcher broke again not to mention the terrible mess it makes when it breaks. A real downer at our summer party. Plz upgrade the pitcher & it would be 100% perfect. I would recommend it if they upgraded the pitcher
I bought this machine a year and half ago and I truly loved it! 5 star review however the plastic bottom broke and they don't sell a replacement pitcher and they require you to buy a whole new machine. After reading other reviews this is very common occurrence after 1 year because if this as a company they should start selling replacement pitcher or start making a better product
I've enjoyed my margarita machine. It is so easy to use. Well worth the cost
I've only used the machine about 5 times and the pitcher is broken. I've been looking for a replacement pitcher without luck. I loved the machine. Originally used one at a Margaritaville resort and couldn't wait to buy one for home. Now I'm very disappointed and not sure if I want to buy a replacement machine. Would like to know if there is a more durable model/pitcher.
Love this machine. Easy to load and operate. Great instructions and menus. Buying 2 more for Christmas gifts.

I’m very frustrated because the plastic base just broke and there is not even replacements for it. I just bought this in July
