Memories Gown Preservation and Shipping Kit

My dress looks so great. I love I can see the bust in the display box. I also requested a separate box for my veil. I love that they showed off the sequins around the veil but I honestly wish I could have seen more.

I received the box. I was so excited to open it and as I opened the box a cockroach came towards me. I open the second box and it was infested with roaches some dead and some alive. Now I’m worried that the third box, the one that’s sealed with my dress has roaches in it. My dress was hand made by my grandma. It really means a lot to me.

I am so upset and disgusted! The 2 packaging box my dress came in had roaches in it. I am very concerned that my dress will have baby roaches. Cause there was signs of hatchings in the packaging box. I instantly put the box the dress is secured in a plastic bag waiting on the company to respond! My Grandmother made my beautiful dress and I wanted it preserved to pass it down. I prefer to save it with out bugs! SMH

The process was very easy, there price was great, and even customer service was great when I called asking when it would be ready. But most reviewers aren't looking inside their box because the idea is you are preserving your dress for many years. Unfortunately, when the day comes to open the box, I fear many will be very upset. I was trying to sell my dress and when no one was buying it I decided to have it cleaned. My experience was great, like most other reviewers described. As soon as I shipped my dress off to be preserved, someone who had previously said she wasn't interested in buying the dress changed her mind, so we agreed I'd sell her the cleaned dress when I got it back. Otherwise, I never would have looked inside the box! Here's what I found. From the outside, it looked beautiful. Perfect. But inside, the dress was slightly torn in a few places! They also didn't even bother to unbustle it! You can't undo tears on your dress! And you also don't want to leave something for 30 years in a non-ideal state. Turns out, the price was really too good to be true.

It was such an easy process! My dress is now perfectly preserved and it was a quick and easy process.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful the dress looked when it arrived! The whole process was so easy. My daughters’s wedding dress was 3 years old with a few stains on the front. I boxed up the dress filled out the form and included some accessories. The dress arrived in 3 weeks in a Memories box all cleaned, sealed and beautifully displayed. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Reasonably priced too!
