This is a great vacuum. My house just feels clean. Excellent job on all my hardwoods. I have area rugs in each room and it pulled so much dirt from them, i am embarassed they were so dirty. I never knew. Love this thing. So worth it
This vacuum blows out the air from it's low right side lifting up in the air all the dirt and the dust so after 1 h it will be like you didn't vacuum at all, especially if you have pets, you will find their hair in the places where you never seen them before. Another important issue is that the brushes are way to thick and it's impossible to clean under the low furniture like a couch etc.. I used to own Miele compact C1 vacuum and I deeply regret giving it away. Now, the warranty is awesome and I'm sure the motor, etc., are well built. but, that didn't compensate for the feeling I was ripped off. I wish I could return it.

I love that it has good suction and the accessories are easy to attach. The vacuum itself is heavy, unwieldy and difficult to carry. It makes vacuuming more of a chore but once done the results are great.
I was hesitant to spend crazy money on a vacuum. But after having to replace my Shark upright & Dyson cordless upright after only having 2 years each, I decided maybe it's time to invest a little more money. After great reviews from people I personally know who highly recommended the Miele, I made the jump & so glad I did. I didn't want to charge my vacuum & be limited to how much time I had to use it b4 battery ran out. I didn't have good luck with those in the past. Great product. Easy to empty & clean up. Powerful. So far so good - I've had for a few months now
Love everything the technology behind this is amazing.
This Miele vacuum is a huge disappointment, The hard floor attachment doesn't pick anything up. I have to use the carpet attachment to clean my whole house (95% of my house is wood floors-probably ruining my floors.) I wasted a lot of money for what I got
I purchased this a few weeks ago, when my old Dyson Animal got a ho;e in the hose. The Miele is an excellent product - all the attachments you need - various suction levels available. It does a great job - I highly recommend it. Easy to move around and the canister empties the dust very easily.
After having tried so many other upright and cordless vacuums, including Dyson and others that are supposed to be good for homes with dogs-- and not having much success with any of them-- I thought I'd give this one a try. So far it had been working very well and does an excellent job of getting up fine dirt and dog hair. Have to get used to the canister and cord, but it seems to be worth the effort. In the old days all I ever used was a canister vacuum so I think I can deal with it. Spendy, but not if you consider how many other vacuums I've been through.
I have used miele for years. It was time for a new model. I vacuum frequently and have 2 golden retrievers. We relocated from NY to FLA- so I was super worried about the dog hair- I feel this will do the trick. My other miele I was using a box of bags a month. Now i can empty and wipe down the inside compartment.
Best hardwood / tile floor vacuum I have ever owned! I have pets and it is easy to get under items where the hair hides. Love the bagless canister and easy to clean after each usage. I have owned dysons, sharks and hoovers and by far this is the BEST ( can even get the hubby to vacuum with it)! .If you compare it to the vacuums of the same quality, it is right in line!
