Miele® Classic C1 Pure Suction Vacuum in Graphite Grey

The handle broke after a year of a very light use. It's not covered by warranty and warranty is only one year for this model. Save some money and get a vacuum from a different manufacturer.

Love this vacuum. Pretty quiet, very light, and very powerful. We also ordered the XL twister parquette brush attachment, which is a game changer on our hardwood floors. Would absolutely recommend

This vacuum is light weight compact and has great power. Love it.

Hose didn't attach solidly to vacuum cleaner; I could not easily open the door to replace the air filter. Decided to return, went to a store where I could touch the products, and bought the next model up in the series.

Cleaner is almost impossible to maneuver across the carpet. No good rollers to assist. Can’t be used. Waist of my money.

The vacuum is a beast! Size is pretty compact not too bulky and the vacuum body can be placed vertically or horizontally with the hose attached to it. It makes it super practical. The quality is definitely worth the money. I am happy with the purchase!

My father in law had a Miele vacuum so thought I would get one too however this one was not what his was. The head was one only for hardwood floors and even that didn’t pick up well. I will be returning it

I read many reviews about this product before my purchase. I originally was going to buy the more expensive pet vacuum but found out that Miele products are not always made the same for places like Bed Bath and Beyond, so I did not want to spend the extra money for something that was not made with the highest quality. This vacuum is still exceptionally expensive when compared to other brands, however, Miele is a very high-quality company. My only complaint so far about this vacuum is that the cord is extremely short. I do need an extension cord. The head attachment is also a bit light and flimsy but this is both good and bad, it's good because it moves very easily but bad because it seems a little cheaply made. These are also my reasons for the 4 stars. The vacuum is so far performing much better than my Dyson Pet vacuum.
