Works well on bare floors and tight nap carpets. Not well on very dense or full nap carpets. The brush head can overload and stop on and requires to to turn off and back on. (It says so in the manual!) The only other design issue is around the dust bin, which is small and a little bit of a pain to empty. There are virtually know stick vacs that now have the weight of the motor on the bottom, and the Miele allows for that making this much more comfortable to operate for floor cleanups. It's likely to be more reliable, as it's a Miele and a solid build.
When I ordered this, I was so excited. This brand is so well known, I was expecting the best quality. Then it came in, the design, it’s sleek and clean. However, that’s where it ends. The suction- not that great. I have a corded shark and has more power than this. The battery- lasts enough to vacuum my whole house. But the set up of how to charge is pretty inconvenient for me. We have a German Shepherd, considering it’s meant for dogs and cats I thought it’ll be great to clean up after my pup. Nope, it’s not that great. It cleans but it takes so long to get it and I never am able to pick up all the hair. It’s nice to have the light, easier to see the hair&dirt. To clean the dirt, it’s complicated, even after I figured out how to take it apart it still gets dirt all over my hands and gets messy to empty. I’m just super dissatisfied with this product. I’m planning to return it as it’s not worth the insane price it’s at. Maybe 300 max. Even that’s stretching it. 600 is crazy not if the quality isn’t there!

The pros are it is miele, so it is solid and reliable. The battery is as expected - can't do an entire house but it's fine for cleaning up smaller areas. As others have said, the bin is a bit maddening as it is very small and hard to get the dirt to come out unless it's a very small amount. I end up having to reach in and pull the dirt out. Cleans carpet better than hard surfaces, and it's a bit hard on my walnut floors but they are UV coated floors, so I think that is the floor's fault, not the vacuum. It is ergonomically better than my dyson cordless, which I love but hurts my hands after a few minutes.
Bought in February. Brush stopped turning. Needs a new one and has been at the repair shop for a month waiting for a part. For the price not worth it !

Very lightweight and has great suction power. Will need to buy additional battery so I can clean the whole house easily.
Fantastic vacuum! It’s very quiet compared to most cordless ones I’ve tried, and the suction is great!! I really like the headlight on it too. Highly recommend!!
Great vacuum, a full charge lasts long enough to vacuum our entire apartment. Love how easy it is to empty. The LED light is amazing for helping me see dog fur on the floor.
Fills up quickly with pet hair, but picks it up great and is easy to empty
I love Miele products because they are well constructed and the quality is superb. This vacuum cleaner has surpassed my expectations. The battery life is great. I compared it to another cordless vacuum with similar features, but the other brand vacuum did not feel as sturdy and the user has to hold the trigger the entire time the vacuum is in use. Also, the Miele has three different settings.
