Vacuum ready for trash in 8 months. Lightly used. Miele customer service is the absolute worst. Wanted to send me to another state to a repair shop. Vacuum turns on by itself, I literally have to disconnect the handle to shut it…and doesn’t start all the time regardless that it is fully charged. Total over priced junk! Save yourself the aggravation and buy a different brand. Would never purchase Miele product due to horrendous customer service, they do NOT stand behind their defective products.

Love miele vacuum My Only issue is need two batteries It does last long but still would prefer a second battery
Quality craftsmanship. Stands upright. Quiet operation. Size works well on stairs. I can clean 1500 SF on single charge. I watched videos on YouTube showing how to empty canister. Could use another manufacturer video on how to switch operational modes.
Appears very well made as the other Miele vacuums I have owned. It is a bit harder to push on the carpet unless it is on max. Does a great job on both hard and carpeted surfaces
I have a Miele canister but as I'm getting older I've loved the Dyson cordless. I thought I'd try a cordless Miele. Mistake.. I charged for 8 hours and was anxious to try my new vacuum. I would not even turn on and I had just put it together. I tried for 15 minutes taking it apart and reconnecting everything. No luck. I took it back to BBB that day and was promptly refunded. The vacuum is 3 pounds heavier than Dyson and many commented that it's difficult to empty the dirt canister, I also saw there were people with battery problems. I don't know what my problem was but I'm glad I returned it. I think I will stick with Dyson. They are lightweight, easy to put together and easy to empty.
Great vacuum cleaner, i already have a Miele canister vacuum cleaner,which I love, this is just an addition to all my Miele appliances. Miele products are top notch in Europe I am so happy to be able to get Miele Products also here in the US.
Dyson should be dead. That’s all I can say. Miele suction has no competition. Period.
