Miele® TriFlex HX1 Vacuum in Graphite Grey

When I know I have an extra hour to trail a gorgeous vacuum to pick up everything it can’t, and then when I have another extra hour to watch YouTube videos about how to change the canister and then make sure it properly reattaches I use this very expensive piece it engineering. It’s so pretty. I have a kitchen full of Miele appliances that are amazing- but this thing is a piece of Scheiße.

The brush on the vacuum stopped spinning within 71 days of purchase and is no longer covered by BBB 60 day warranty. Paid TOO much for this vacuum to require repair so soon.

I absolutely loved this vacuum until the canister no longer fit properly, though it always had a bit of a gap where now I realize it shouldn't have. At first it was the most powerful, wonderful vacuum purchase, outside of my central vac, I've ever made. I first heard about it from Jenna Bush Hager on the Today Show and I was sold. I used it rather infrequently, but my housekeeper loved using it for certain areas. My husband tried to use it for a quick, hand-held pick up and noted it was barely sucking and that the exhaust from the unit was spreading the mess he was trying to pick up. I fiddled and fiddled to get it back to the vacuum I once knew....just 5 months ago....and it's not happening. I would love to return or exchange, but apparently I'm beyond the window. I'll bring it directly to the store ....but I may be out of money and vacuum. This brand .....along with German engineering.... is phenomenal; maybe I got a lemon.

The battery life is so bad. I can’t vacuum my small house, no carpets just wood floors on a single charge. After vacuuming I still feel dirt under my feet. If I could I’ll return it and buy dyson. My friend has one and clean her house 3,000sq feet on one charge and she has wood and carpet’s. Don’t waste your money!

Love Miele vacuums! I have the regular canister vacuum, and I really wanted something easy to grab for quick jobs, something that's been dragged inside, something dropped, etc. I wanted lightweight and battery powered. I started searching and decided to search out Miele vacs. Saw this one and had a hunch it would be perfect! It is, in every way! Easy to clean out, easy to charge, easy to maneuver, easy to store. Super lightweight, stands by itself with no issues whatsoever. It has a lot of power, even on low. I'm so glad I bought it! Miele vacuums last a long time, I have no doubt this will too!

I cant even finish vacuuming half my apt before it dies and I live in brooklyn so my apt is under 1000sqf. I get about halfway done and then need to recharge it. Doesnt make sense.

I really liked the way this vacuum worked when I first got it. However, after about a month, the battery wouldn't charge. Contacting anyone in customer service at Miele was a challenge. Once I did, they had me take it to a service partner an hour drive away. That was on October 6, 2021 and two months later, I still don't have a working vacuum. The shop told me that they have been having a horrible time working with Miele on warranty repairs for at least a year now. The problem turned out to be with the charger and they are waiting on the part. Meanwhile, I'm over here living in vacuumless squalor.

1) Product arrived 3 days later than expected in original, but OPEN box. 2) Battery works 15 min maximum and charges 2-3 hours. 3) Vacuum has very low power even on maximum mode. 4) It is very hard to disassemble parts. It requires 2 persons to take handel apart (one is pushing botton, another one is polling tube. My old Miele Vacuum (standard model) has been with me since 2010 and I know how quality could be good. Very disappointed... Still can not believe that comany could design this... :(
