Very convenient to order! No mess ups!!
I just bought this for my granddaughter based on the beautiful appearance of the towel. The material is very stiff. It feels like felt rather than terry cloth, it is small and very thin for the price I was expecting better. Unfortunately, I could not return it. I called customer service and they said it was personalized and therefore could not be returned as per manufacturer.
Not happy with the quality on the inside of this. I feel the inside should be softer and alittle thicker. I am giving this as a gift, don't feel good about it!

These two items arrived and i was so happy when i saw them. They are perfect for my new great granddaughter. I can hardly wait to give them for one of her Cgridtmas gifts. My granddaughter loves her things monogrammed. The baby is close to 24 hours old.
