I discovered that my nespresso capsules are the same size as the Inly capsules so now I can drink my coffee while showering. Now all I have to do is figure out how to add the cream and sugar.
This shower head has no pressure. We replaced a cheap one that was leaking, expecting to have similar pressure. This is not the case. It’s really, really bad compared to the cheap one we had. I’m shocked! We did not need the aroma-therapy, but thought it might be a nice thing. The cartridges only last about 2 showers and are not very fragrant. Overall, we waisted our money on this and will be just throwing it in the garbage to get a cheap one again as we want the pressure back that we had.

I purchased 2 of these and they both leak a constant steam of water down the device in the same place. I love the magnetic and the aromatherapy but I cringe at watching half the water run down the device. Any solutions?

I bought this with intention of it replacing a battery diffuser I had in my shower. The shower head was extremely bulky and heavy to work with and the aroma therapy capsules work at the most a couple of minutes. I have to readjust the shower head daily. Very difficult to use with a shower caddy because the shower head is so bulky it doesn't spray full spray. Would definitely not recommend for the amount of money that it costs and the high cost of the aroma therapy capsules which only work for a couple minutes at the most. I would return it but unfortunately I wanted too late to start my return.

Bought two for my daughters All went well for awhile since I also bought extra capsules Then the capsules were no longer available atBBB. Found some on clearance. No longer going to carry So I’m very disappointed we now a specialty shower head that no longer special

Just got it. Install easy. DOWNSIDE NEED GOOD WATER PSI. A HOUSE WITH PEX PIPING WILL HAVE PSI ISSUES AT THE SHOWER HEAD

I love this shower head!! I love how it's magnetic easy to detach. The scents smell great! Zen is my favorite. I really wish the scent was stronger.
Just installed and replaced our old shower head and this has weak water pressure. Will try again tomorrow if not I’ll return it. The scents smell really bad.

The IN208H2SRN is designed to deliver 1.75 gpm at 80 psi. Depending on the age of the previous showerhead, the flow rate could have been up to 3.0 gpm.
