It is super cute and definitely works. I bought it for my Grandsons and since I bought it after Christmas for this year’s Christmas I cannot say how they will like it. I like it though 😊
Doesn't work. When I put the letter in, it starts doing it’s thing and playing music. When I open it, the piece that’s supposed to rotate gets stuck half way in the rotation so the letter is still in there and you can clearly see at a glance the mechanics of it and the false bottom. Tried multiple times to troubleshoot but it kept happening. Good thing I tried it out first. Imagine your kid trying it for the first time and that’s what they see. Or worse, it works ten times and it bolsters their imagination and their belief in the magic of Christmas, only for it to glitch like that and obviously show them it was a trick the whole time. How awful. Really disappointing. Worst of all, I paid full price for this thing but, shame on me, I was ahead of the game for Christmas and purchased it in October. Now that it’s Christmas, I open it to discover it’s defective, and can't get a refund. Buyer beware!

It’s truly magical for the little ones.
This mailbox was a huge hit with my 2-year-old granddaughter. I have a feeling mailing a letter to Santa at Kiki's house is going to become an annual holiday tradition.
Kids thought this was the craziest mail box.. my son was so impressed and loved that his letter was sent to Santa..
