This might work for some, but or me, all it did was make a gassy and fussy baby. As soon as I went off it, the gas greatly decreased. I had no increase in supply. For me, I would not buy this again.

The pills I got are exp. since since June 2020. What got me upset some one put a sticker in the box that exp. June 2021. I did try the produce would not order again from buy buy baby.

I really need to buy this item for breast milk but I look from many store and buy it. But all of them are expired

I ordered these on August 2nd, 2020. The expiration date on the bottle said June 2020! Looks like I"m not the only one who encountered this issue. Throwing them out. I would look elsewhere for supplements.

This particular preparation has a higher dose per capsule, so you can take less capsules at a time, which I like. So, 100 capsules is a little more expensive, but they will last longer. It worked well for me, but if you're thinking about trying it, make sure that you know that you are, effectively, starting a new medication, and read up on it. Seriously consider discussing it with your physician. I've put some information below, or you can read about it on various websites. If you read nothing else about this herbal supplement before taking it, you should know that it doesn't work for everyone, and that it has potential side effects. Here's a summary: 1. This can cause GI upset and/or diarrhea. 2. This can cause hypoglycemia, especially if you're already treated for diabetes. 3. This can make mom or baby gassy, or baby could spit up more. If you tolerate it, and take enough to have the desired effect, your sweat and urine will start to smell different, usually like maple syrup (this herb is used to flavor artificial maple syrup). If the 2 capsules 3 times a day isn't causing side effects by 48-72 hours, but you're not smelling like maple syrup or seeing the desired increase, you can increase to 2 capsules 4 times a day, or possibly 3 capsules 3 times a day (8-9 capsules total). Most of the information I've seen states that many people see an effect in 48-72 hours, but it can take up to 2 weeks. Good luck!
