My Brest Friend® Original Nursing Pillow in Navy Kaleidoscope

Was using the Boopy Pillow for nursing until my lactation consultant suggested I buy a Breast Friend. It’s definitely way better and easier for nursing. My breastfeeding support group and others swears by these. Just wish I could buy separate slip covers for it.

This nursing pillow is nice. Wish it was a bit firmer for support. But def more support than the boppy For such a pricey item, the cloth quality should be better. After one wash it looks worn down.

This is such a back saver! I greatly prefer this pillow to the boppy because it provides a lot more back support and stays firmly in place and doesn't fall away from your body. The pillow also provides a lot of support for a newborn, so you can comfortably feed while standing or hold the baby with one hand and walk around or grab something before/during/after breastfeeding. Snapping the clip creates an extra step that can be a little challenging to get the hang of when your baby is wriggling and hungry, but I think it has been an overall positive feature. This pillow has really helped me get the hang of breastfeeding.

I love my Breast Friend. It was especially helpful during nighttime feedings. It feels good to have a steady surface strapped to you. As a new mom, It was comforting for me. I also love the pocket. I have used it to store baby nail trimmers and Kleenex.

I love this pillow and use it every time I breastfeed. I even took it on an airplane when I was traveling with my infant in my lap. It squished into a carry on and packed well, and made it a lot more comfortable to have my baby sitting and nursing on my lap on the plane. I love this slipcover, and am sad that it is not sold separately because I'd like to have an extra of the slipcover. The slipcover zipper broke after a few months, so now I am using a different one. More slipcovers need to be made and sold in store for this essential pillow.

I've used this every single day since my baby has been born. She's ten months now and although her legs hang off a little, it's still the easiest way to nurse her.

If you're thinking about nursing, this pillow is a life saver! So comfortable, so easy to use, washes great... get it!

I love the design of the nursing pillow. The buckle is great because you can really get the baby close to you. It also helps you walk around while nursing. The biggest issue I have with this nursing pillow is the cover is NOT waterproof. When you have a newborn, there is spitup at each feed and daily blowouts. Underneath the cover is foam. This foam has become soiled and can't be well cleaned. They really need a better material protecting the foam.
