[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this when my twins were about 1.5 mths; recommended by my lactation consultant. It made breastfeeding twins simultaneously so much easier. The cushion for back support was great and the side pouch came in handy for my water and snacks. Now they're 5 mths, though it isn't as firm being that they have doubled in weight it still is helpful with a bit of modification
