I'm happy with the filters. I have to trim them to fit the compost bin I purchased, but other than that, they're good.

Like another organics bin charcoal filter, you shouldn’t get it wet. Mine have always gotten dirty or stinky well before the recommended replacement timeline, so I’ve already replaced them before the manufacturer says to.

They are fine. They fit the metal compost bucket I purchased at bed, bath, and beyond. However, and this could be a problem that is just related to my apartment, they mold very quickly. The bin came with one and then I bought a second pack. I’ve lived in this apartment for four months and I have gone through three filters. Going to look for a better option or just buy more packs.

Wanting to do a bit of compositing - this little unit is perfect for the kitchen counter, stays clean with biodegradable bags (you can use or not), and easy to carry out to the compost pile....the filter inside is helpful to trap odors and moisture, an overall great little can!

A little big for my compost bin, but that’s on me. I was able to cut them down to the right size

I have been buying these for a while now, and they work well. They need to be pushed in to the container lid, there is no need to cut/trim them.

Thank you, the Lady that helped us decide to order on line was very knowledgeable with the System. Do not remember when we placed the order, but we got it and are using the filters to eliminate the smell while we fill the small can. Then we transfer the compostables into the big barrel in the backyard. Thanks

This is advertised as a 2-Pack. What arrived to my home was a single Charcoal filter.
