I love having the taste of coffee shop coffee without having to leave the house. This machine lets you adjust many features to make that just perfect cup. My favorite thing though has to be the clean-up. Literally, easiest, fastest coffee machine to clean after use that I've ever had. Wipe down the wand, rinse out the milk jug, and you're all set for the next cup. Highly recommend.
This machine is beautiful, finish is nice stainless steel, water tank is easy to access, machine is heavy (which is good because it minimizes vibrations on the counter) coffee volume and milk temp are programable and makes great milk - the milk is superior to any other Nespresso Machine that I have tried. HOWEVER, the machine falls short on the main component - flavor. The espresso comes out weak and watery (even at the lowest volume in the cup). I've tried over 12 varieties and this machine just does not extract the flavor from the espresso. It's practically tasteless. The machine is also a little noisy when brewing or steaming but this would be acceptable if the coffee flavor was there. As much as I love the design, and the milk from this machine - I'm ultimately going to return it for something that makes good coffee.

I have owned various different Nespresso machines since early 2000s and this is by far my favorite machine. Looks great on my counter.....Big Plus in my book. Simple to use as always but I far prefer the the steam wand technology over prior Nespresso Milk Frothers (different variations of Aeroccino3). I have no issues with the cleaning maintenance required. It is a minor annoyance only, if even that. Taking care of a quality item is " just part of the gig." My last Nespresso machine lasted over 10 years. Minor wear and tear issues that required daily clean ups made me get new one. Amaziingly, it is still functional and it is my back up now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My in laws had this machine and I used theirs all the time, but never thought it was something worth buying for myself. I an so glad I have my own now! My mornings are simpler and I get to try a new batch of beans whenever I want. I also love the pod recycling program, because this was a major drawback for me when looking at single use pods.

Received this machine as a wedding gift. Everything was fine in the beginning, then it went downhill. Areas under the machine began to leak water. Then the display screen would randomly shut off from time to time without warning. In lieu of using this machine, I have started using my old Breville espresso machine until I can figure out what to do with this expensive and frustrating paperweight.
